Even though Adroit's partners studied in different areas including business, marketing, design, engineering and computer science, we all had a common interest in computers and the Internet. From here, our interest spread to more functional web design and online registration databases for large organisations such as the Australian University Games and Hurll Nuway.

After graduation, Terry Kerr and Rohan Veal decided to form Adroit Internet Solutions Pty Ltd in 1999. Adroit continued development in web design but probed a new and exciting area of the Internet, eCommerce. Since then, we have helped many businesses develop their web sites and online stores, and consequently they are now doing extremely well due to their expansion on the Internet.

Five years ago, the business grew dramatically to partner with Shopping Cart software specialists Bizar Software. Now Adroit and Bizar Software work closely together in the same office and are continually developing more secure and reliable eCommerce software products for the Australian and International business market, while still pursuing fast, efficient and effective web site design methods.

2006 A new era begins
The relationship between Adroit and Bizar has now has taken another step forward. Adroit has now been acquired by Bizar Software. The two companies have operated side by side for six years now, and our staff have divided their time between the two companies throughout this time. Combining the resources of the two companies will streamline our operations and will help us improve our service to you.
