The annual Australian University Games, utilise the development team at Adroit to administer their online athlete registration database. This provides a means for team managers at each attending University around Australia and New Zealand to register the details of all athletes at their respective Universities competing at the games.

Approximately 60 Universities have access to the database with unique user names and passwords for the 6000 or so athletes that attend the Games each year. Personal details, sports, events, personal best times, and the names and roles of volunteer officials are registered in the database. Entry fees, and payment invoices are then automatically created, and profiled statistics are generated for the University Games marketing department.

A separate web site and database is implemented every year for the Australian University Games, the Eastern University Games, the Southern University Games, and the Australian University Snow Championships. All applications use the same principles, but have different participating universities, and different sports contested.
